Due to numerous requests from the community, ALT Mobile has expanded its list of supported devices with affordable and accessible smartphones powered by the Snapdragon 845: OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T.
The porting work was completed quite quickly thanks to the efforts of Vasily Doylov (neko@) — the maintainer of packages and some devices for postmarketOS, a participant in the ALT Gnome Development team, who recently began the process of joining the ALT Linux Team.

The main difference from other supported devices is the need to initialize components through the pre-installed Android system, otherwise, the modem and some other components will not work in ALT Mobile. More details in the instructions.
The entire source code of the project is open — from the build profile up to packages, included in the distribution, and anyone can contribute by leaving a suggestion on Bugzilla.
