BioWare has announced that it is postponing major updates , which were previously scheduled for release this month. The developers acknowledged that it is far more important to focus on the quality of the project.

“We are paying more attention to things like bug fixes, stability, and gameplay flow than to new features for the first act,” wrote BioWare's lead producer Ben Irving and head of services Chad Robertson. “We have set aside time for this work, but the reality is that there are more issues to fix and improve than we planned. For now, this is the best thing we can do for the game. This means that some elements from the schedule will be postponed.”
These include April updates like the mastery system, guilds, phase two legendary missions, weekly stronghold quests, the leaderboard, and Cataclysm. The latter was supposed to herald the start of a new season of Anthem content. This global world change will introduce new enemies to the action and alter locations just as it happens in Fortnite.

Anthem was released on February 22, 2019, for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
