This version is expected to bring not so many new features, but rather stabilize the existing code base. Additionally, it will offer another update option.
To get the Windows 10 May 2019 Update, you need to open Windows Update. It can be found in the Start menu > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update, and then select 'Check for updates'. After checking, the necessary files can be downloaded and installed.
The update is being rolled out gradually, so it is likely that many will not receive it in the near future. However, for those eager to try the new features, it is recommended to use the Media Creation Tool for version 1903 and utilize this utility. It is also noted that starting in June, Microsoft will begin updating devices running Windows 10 April 2018 Update and earlier versions of 'the ten'.
