IMHO conclusions
- Few people like to work with front-end.
- Few are ready to work for 120k.
- Employers offer the same conditions. Whether it's large companies or small ones. Hence the fierce competition.
Useful conclusions
- Under these conditions, if you are already working, you can negotiate certain perks.
- If you're just thinking about how to start being a programmer, choose Angular or React and create a resume.
