The latest beta version of the popular utility AIDA64, designed for diagnostics, testing, and gathering system information, has added information about the mysterious graphics accelerator NVIDIA GeForce RTX T10-8, which was not previously announced or mentioned anywhere.
The only thing known about the GeForce RTX T10-8 accelerator is that it is built on the NVIDIA TU102 graphics processor. Currently, there are four graphics cards based on this GPU: the consumer cards GeForce Titan RTX and GeForce RTX 2080 Ti, as well as the professional solutions Quadro RTX 8000 and Quadro RTX 6000. It appears that NVIDIA is preparing yet another graphics card based on the top chip of the Turing family.
The fact that this mysterious new product belongs to the GeForce RTX family indicates that it will be a gaming rather than a professional graphics card. It is likely to be the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Super, which would be an enhanced version of the current GeForce RTX 2080 Ti. The new card may offer a different configuration of the graphics processor, with a greater number of active compute units. Changes in the graphics card memory can also be assumed: it may become faster and/or larger.
At the same time, during a closed announcement of the Super series graphics cards at E3, NVIDIA stated that it has no plans to release a Super version of the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti in either the short or long term. However, plans are known to change.
