Linux kernel 5.2 with cloop and aufs patches, supporting 32-bit and 64-bit systems with automatic CPU architecture detection.
The default environment is LXDE, but KDE Plasma 5 can also be used if desired; Tor Browser has been added.
Supports UEFI and UEFI Secure Boot, as well as the ability to customize the distribution directly on the flash drive.
Additionally, modes for running Knoppix in containers and virtualization systems have been introduced.
Unlike most live distributions, settings and third-party applications are not deleted upon reboot but are saved to the system.
