Beta release of Ubuntu 19.10

Introduced The beta release of the Ubuntu 19.10 distribution "Eoan Ermine" marked the transition to the first stage of package base freeze and a shift in the development vector from introducing new features to testing and bug fixing. The ready test images have been created for Ubuntu Desktop, Ubuntu Server, Lubuntu, Kubuntu, Ubuntu Mate, Ubuntu

The default mail client has been switched from Thunderbird to Evolution, and from VLC to Celluloid (formerly GNOME MPV). Qt4 and the CD/DVD burning program Brasero have been removed from the base package. Proprietary NVIDIA drivers and a localization package for the Russian language have been included in the installation image;
  
• In Ubuntu Studio a package for organizing video streaming has been added OBS Studio and a session manager Raysession for managing audio processing programs.
  Ubuntu Studio Controls has added several layers for PulseAudio, implemented a Jack launch indicator, and added the option to select a backend for Jack (Firewire, ALSA, or Dummy).
