Among the changes in Debian 10.3, one can note the update to the latest stable versions of the packages
clamav, compactheader, dispmua, dkimpy, dpdk, mariadb, nvidia-graphics-drivers-legacy-340xx, postfix, postgresql, roundcube, sogo-connector. Packages caml-crush (build issues), firetray (incompatible with the new Thunderbird), koji (unresolved security issues), python-lamson (incompatibility with python-daemon), radare2, and radare2-cutter (lack of maintenance and vulnerability fixes) have been removed from the repository. In Debian 9.12, the packages ruby-simple-form and trafficserver (no longer supported) have also been removed.
For downloading and installing "from scratch," preparations will be made within a few hours , as well as from Debian 10.3. Previously installed systems that are kept up to date receive the updates present in Debian 10.3 through the standard update installation system. Security fixes included in new Debian releases are made available to users as updates are released through the security.debian.org service.
