I have updated the Russian User Guide for LibreOffice Draw to version 6.3.
It should be understood that this is not a translation of the official guide, which for version 6.3 currently does not exist. This is essentially a refined Russian guide for version 4.3, accounting for all the changes that primarily happened in the GUI up to version 6.3.
