Release of the Linux distribution PCLinuxOS 2019.11

Introduced release of the user distribution PCLinuxOS 2019.11. The distribution was founded in 2003 based on Mandrake Linux (which later became Mandriva), but it later branched off into an independent project. The peak popularity of PCLinuxOS was in 2010 when, according to the results a survey by Linux Journal readers, PCLinuxOS was only surpassed in popularity by Ubuntu (in the 2013 ranking, PCLinuxOS already ranked 10th place). The distribution is aimed at use in Live mode but also supports installation on a hard drive. For download, are prepared full (2 GB) and reduced (1.2 GB) versions of the distribution are available based on the KDE desktop environment. In the Xfce-based edition, Thunar 1.8.10, xfce4-whiskermenu-plugin 2.3.4, xfce4-screenshooter 1.9.7, and xfburn 0.6.1 have been updated. An updated Myliveusb application has been added for creating live environments on USB drives, including those tailored to user preferences.
