Main features :
- A dialog has been added with a list of recently viewed or edited files in the built-in viewer or editor (activated via the Alt-Shift-e shortcut);
- In separately launched mceditor, mcviewer, and mcdiffviewer a fully functional command shell (subshell, activated via Ctrl-o);
- It is now possible to create reproducible binary builds (implemented using the --disable-configure-args option in the configure script);
- In the built-in editor, syntax highlighting rules for YAML, RPM spec, and Debian sources.list have been expanded. Syntax highlighting has been added for yabasic (Yet Another BASIC) and '.desktop' files;
- File name highlighting rules have been added for extensions part (partially downloaded files), apk (packages for Android), deb, and ts (MPEG-TS streams);
- A dark color theme julia256 has been added;
- Interactive keyboard authentication support has been added in sftpfs;
- The extfs.d/uc1541 module has been updated to version 3.3 with support for Python 3;
- The built-in implementation of the gettext library has been removed;
- Support for Windows1251 encoding in Solaris has been improved;
- Compilation issues in AIX 7.2 and macOS 10.9 have been resolved.
