Release of the lightweight antiX 19.2 distribution

Took place release of lightweight Live distribution AntiX 19.2, built on a Debian package base and aimed at installation on outdated hardware. The release is based on the Debian 10 (Buster) package base but comes without the system manager systemd and with eudev instead of udev. The default user environment is formed using the IceWM window manager, but fluxbox, jwm, and herbstluftwm are also available options. For file management, Midnight Commander, spacefm, and rox-filer are offered. The distribution is functional on systems with 256 MB of RAM. Size ISO images: 1.1 GB (full), 712 MB (basic), 324 MB (lightweight), and 164 MB (network installation).

The new release features a build variant with a system manager runit. The full build includes the apt-notifier package to notify about updates. An interface for managing tray icons has been added for IceWM. The nosystemd repository has been added to antix.list and the buster-backports repository is enabled by default. Updated package versions include Linux kernel 4.9.212, firefox-esr 68.6.0esr, libreoffice 6.4.1, IceWM 1.6.5, fluxbox 1.3.7, mtpaint 3.49, links 2.20.2, eudev 3.2.9, elogind 243.7. Consolekit2 and the network configurator ceni have been added (connman is left by default in full and basic builds).
