I have reviewed 560 posts on Habr and (preliminarily) selected my top 10 most useful materials on emotional/professional burnout.
My hypothesis is that if a person genuinely cares about a particular issue, they will spend more than 100 hours (over several years) and review more than 100 (or maybe even 1,000) publications. To avoid "doing the work twice," it would be great to share the most valuable findings; this would save time for those who follow.
Onthol is a personalized ranked list of the top 10 most useful materials on an important topic. Plus, a longlist (100+). This list can be continually updated throughout life and the changing of priorities, as well as 'peeking' into others' lists, finding useful materials and 'brothers in arms'. (leave your email , and in a week I'll send you an invite to the closed beta.) Onthol on remote work is here .
I encourage you to create your personal top 10 materials on burnout (if this topic is important to you and you are interested in understanding it), or compose a top 10 materials on a topic that matters to you and share it in the comments.
Under the cut, a long list of useful materials from Habr on "burnout" (ranked by Habr rating). + A survey at the end on the following topics. [+196] "Burned-out" Employees: Is There a Way Out?
