Release of Alpine Linux 3.12

A new stable release of Alpine Linux 3.12 has been released.
Alpine Linux is based on the Musl libc and BusyBox utility set.
OpenRC serves as the initialization system, with a custom package manager apk for package management.

In the new release:

• Initial support for the mips64 (big endian) architecture has been added.
• Initial support for the D programming language has been introduced.
• Python2 is in the process of being completely removed.
• LLVM 10 is now the default.
• Fixes in ncurses (the dependency on ncurses-lib from ncurses-terminfo has been removed).
• ‘Telegram Desktop’ has been added to the community repository.

Package versions have been updated:

• Linux 5.4.43, GCC 9.3.0, LLVM 10.0.0, Git 2.24.3, Node.js 12.16.3, Nextcloud 18.0.3, PostgreSQL 12.3, QEMU 5.0.0, Zabbix 5.0.0
