Non-profit provider FossHost, offering hosting for free projects

As part of the project FossHost is organized as a non-commercial provider that offers virtual servers free of charge for open projects. Currently, the project's infrastructure includes 7 servers, deployed in the USA, Poland, the UK, and the Netherlands based on the ProxMox VE 6.2. The equipment and infrastructure are provided by FossHost sponsors, and the activities are run by enthusiasts.

Existing open projects with an active community and a website or page on GitHub, use the same name for free of charge get at their disposal virtual server with 4 vCPU, 4GB of RAM, 200GB of storage, and IPv4 and IPv6 addresses. Free second-level domain registration and mirror setups are possible. Management is performed via SSH. Installation of CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu, Gentoo, ArchLinux, Fedora, and FreeBSD is supported. It is noted that open projects such as ActivityPub (W3), Manjaro, XFCE, Xubuntu, GNOME, and Xiph.Org have already benefited from FossHost's virtual servers.
