  • Support for the TR-06-1 profile (RIST — Reliable Internet Stream Transport).
  • The rpicamsrc element has been added for capturing video from the Raspberry Pi camera.
  • GStreamer Editing Services now supports nested timelines, setting speed tied to individual clips, and the ability to use the OpenTimelineIO format.
  • Autotools-based build scripts have been removed. Meson is now the primary build tool.
