Wine 5.20 has been released

This release fixed 36 bugs, including mouse cursor issues and a crash of wine when starting on FreeBSD 12.1.

What's new in this release:

• Additional work has been done on the implementation of the DSS cryptographic service provider.
• A number of fixes for windowless RichEdit.
• Support for FLS callbacks.
• Window resizing has been added in the new console implementation.
• Various bug fixes.
