Searching with pip search in the PyPi repository has been disabled due to increased load

On December 14, the search in PyPi using pip search was disabled due to increased load on the servers.

PyPI’s XMLRPC API has been temporarily disabled due to unmanageable load and will be deprecated in the near future.
