The closure of these services will be gradual:
- Right now - no changes
- February 28 - the acceptance of new data will stop, the GoCenter and ChartCenter websites will cease to operate, however, their services will still be available
- from April 12 to 26 - preparation for shutdown
- May 1 - Bintray, JCenter, GoCenter, and ChartCenter will be completely inaccessible
Alternatives are offered:
- Bintray and JCenter - Maven Central
- GoCenter - pkg.go.dev
- ChartCenter - ArtifactHub
Just recently (January 13 of this year), the newly created service ConanCenter, providing a repository of packages Conan for developers in C/C++, will continue to operate. It has received additional funding.
