In 2008, I had the chance to visit an IT company. There was a strange tension palpable in every employee. The reason turned out to be simple: mobile phones had to be placed in a box at the office entrance, there was a camera behind you, and two large additional "watching" cameras in the office along with monitoring software featuring a keylogger.
