Cage 0.2: a kiosk for Wayland

On October 6, a small update was released for Cage, a kiosk program for Wayland, whose sole purpose is to launch a single application in full screen. Changes and innovations: a version 0.18 of the wlroots library is now required for building; all improvements from wlroots 0.17 and 0.18 are included; support for primary selection has been added; support for the relative-pointer-unstable-v1 protocol has been added; Xwayland is no longer mandatory at runtime.
