After more than a year of development, the Tor Project has released OnionShare 2.3, a utility that allows for the secure and anonymous transfer and receipt of files, as well as organizing a public file-sharing service. The project's code is written in Python and is distributed under the GPLv3 license. Ready-to-use packages are available for Ubuntu, Fedora, Windows, and macOS. OnionShare runs a web server on the local system, allowing for easy file sharing.

The release of the distributed replicable block device DRBD 9.1.0 has been published, enabling the implementation of a RAID-1-like array formed from multiple disks from different machines connected over the network (network mirroring).
