Greetings! Welcome to the second lesson of the Fortinet Getting Started course. If you are not yet familiar with the course, I advise you to look - It explains the main objectives and structure of the course. This lesson is purely theoretical, but it contains a lot of useful information:

Thinking through this lesson, I pursued several goals - firstly, I wanted to systematize the data on the Security Fabric concept so that it would be easier for people who are just starting their acquaintance with Fortinet to navigate the company's product portfolio. Secondly, as part of a short lesson, I tried to acquaint students with the main functionality of the FortiGate firewall and talk about its features. Whether it worked or not, it's up to you :)
