The moral aspect of the "Barmin patch"

On June 10, once again, for the hundredth time, a joke with a script that deletes data from a productive system has already flown through chat rooms. And so I had a question - does the community understand what is happening at all and who is to blame?

So, here's the exact situation.

Wasya, a full-time system administrator, maintains the infrastructure of some business. And not very smart.
Vasya ran into a problem and went to the community (telegram chat / forum) and asks for advice. Uanya, a joker from this community, says “here is a miracle script for you, run it”, realizing that Uasya will do it on the prod system, and that Uasya will not read and does not understand what is inside.

The result is deleted data, business downtime, loss of money.

The question of Wasi's guilt is not worth it, he is certainly guilty, and subjected the infrastructure to a virtual hacker attack, violating all possible information security instructions.

Separately, I note that I want to first of all consider the situation from a moral, and not a legal point of view. What is the difference?

1. We do not need to prove that this is Uanya. We do not need to prove the intentionality of Wani's actions. This is a known fact.
2. We do not need to qualify Uani's actions under the articles of the Criminal Code and try to sew a case on him.
3. The question is only whether it can be considered that Uanya is to blame? To what extent is Wanya to blame?

Does Uanya bear moral responsibility for Uasya's actions, or is Uasya himself a fool of azaza lalka?

There is a widespread opinion in the community that Vasya azaza lalka is a fool himself. Pwnd! Wanya beautiful bent laha, cake! At the same time, Uanya does not bear any guilt at all for the consequences, it's all on Uas.

There is a less widespread opinion that Uanya is 100% to blame for setting up Wasi, and bears full further responsibility (in a moral, not legal sense) for the consequences - a fire, deaths of people, financial losses. And in the end, Wanya can be punished by the owner of this business using the “in the forest” method in the case.

I would like to hear the opinion of the wider community on this issue. Maybe even if there are professional lawyers and a legal opinion.

PS The situation did not happen to me, I am not Vasya, not Uanya, and not even the leader of either one or the other.
