Slurm News: Discounts and New Kubernetes Training Formats

Slurm News: Discounts and New Kubernetes Training Formats

TL; DR:

50% off all Slurm online courses.

The May Kubernetes Intensive is moving online and is being sold at a discounted price.
We are announcing a new training format: Slurm Night School (free webinars on theory + paid practice). We start with a basic Kubernetes course.

Online Courses

Colleagues, due to the pandemic and the non-working week, we offer a 5% discount on all online courses until April 50:

Slurm Kubernetes: 32 500 β‚½

The courses included in Kubernetes Slurm, separately:

  • Slurm Basic: 15 000 β‚½
  • Slurm Mega: 25 000 β‚½

Slurm Prom (Prometheus course): 7500
Slurm Agile: 10 000 β‚½

Now the load on online services is actively growing, there is a growing need to switch to Kubernetes and for engineers who will service the clusters. Investing money and spare time in mastering Kubernetes is a good investment idea in times of crisis.

Slurm Intensives

In May, we planned to hold another Slurm intensive on Kubernetes.

This intensive has been moved online: we will make a broadcast from the studio, a β€œsmoking room” in zoom, a system of chats and forms, so that the remote intensive will be as intense as live participation. Since this format is experimental for us, we have reduced the price for this event.
For those who pay for the application before April 20, we will give the opportunity to pass the Slurm certification for free: complete an independent task and receive its review and a certificate confirming that you have mastered the course material.

Slurm Basic: May 14-16, 20 000 β‚½
Slurm Mega: May 18-20, 30 000 β‚½.

Slurm Night School

For those who want to improve their skills during this difficult time, we are launching the Slurm Evening School. Evening school is free theoretical webinars and paid practice, where lecture material is worked out.

To begin with, we are launching an evening school on the Slurm Basic course: an introduction to Kubernetes. The course is designed for 4 months, 1 theoretical webinar and 1 practical session per week (+ stands for self-study).

The first introductory webinar will be held on April 7 at 20:00. Participation, as in the entire theoretical cycle, is free. You must register using the link.
