Submission of a 3-NDFL declaration to the Federal Tax Service
You can file a 3-NDFL declaration to get a tax deduction for treatment, the purchase of an apartment and some other expenses, but then still go to the tax office and stand in line, because. the declaration was somehow crookedly received by the Federal Tax Service. It turned out that using your own ES (issued, of course, by a CA accredited by the Ministry of Communications) when signing the declaration turned out to be a bad idea. As a result, one of my declarations with the attached files did not “pass”, because the attached files were somehow crookedly signed. I had to delete my ES from the office, “generate” the ES from the Federal Tax Service, saving it to their servers (securely, yes), and after that the declaration was sent by me without problems and registered with the Federal Tax Service without problems either. But in the end, time is still lost, because the Federal Tax Service, according to the law, considers declarations for no more than 3 months. So with each re-sending of the corrected declaration, the period begins to be calculated anew. By the way, one of my declarations simply disappeared, and when I sent it again, I received a message that such a declaration already exists, although it is not displayed in my personal account. I had to indicate the correction number in order to re-submit the declaration. In general, the quest for the sake of returning a couple of kopecks eats up so much time that it would be easier to earn this money on the weekend, delivering Yandex.Food.

Obtaining a second foreign passport

Of course, collecting information for a passport is a whole story. In particular, you must indicate all your places of work / study over the past 10 years, addresses of institutions, etc. It is easier to do this at home than sitting somewhere else. In fairness, it is worth noting that on August 18 (Saturday) I submitted an application, on August 21 (Tuesday) I received an invitation to take pictures, I took a picture, on September 5 I received a notification about sending my passport for printing in the State Signature, and on September 10 I arrived and received it. Thus, the passport was made in 24 calendar days, or in terms of working days - 15 working days.

The story with this system is generally wonderful - in order to get an extract from the Unified State Real Estate Register (EGRN) about your house / apartment / dacha, you need to (authorization through the State Services) select your property and create a request for the provision of the necessary data. Payment occurs through some strange intermediaries that you can choose from. In general, it is opaque and not user friendly, but as it is. After payment, the electronic certificate was ready in a couple of days (it’s also work to collect information in packages), after which a surprise will await you: you will be given a zip archive to download, which will contain: folder “1”, * xml file and a disconnected electronic signature in *xml.sig format. But how to view an honestly paid statement? Required for Rosreestr upload the received xml file and the detached signature, enter the captcha, after which the service, or rather the “service”, will offer a link, I quote, “Show in human-readable format”. The human-readable format turns out to be quite human-readable, but not very readable - apartment plan . At the time of my application, apparently, the interaction of different credit bureaus, either among themselves, or, more logically, through a certain center, was not established, so I received my credit history once from all credit bureaus where it was stored. Accordingly, in each of these bureaus, there is 1 more free time left to get the story. It is necessary to dwell on this service in more detail, because. it is divided into 2 stages: you need to understand in which (which) credit bureau your history is stored, and when you find out which bureau it is stored in, send a request to provide your credit history there. Previously, before the adoption of amendments to the law on credit histories, it was necessary to somehow find out your “code of the subject of the credit history” (I never found it), then through The Central Bank to find out in which credit bureau (s) your history is stored, and then on the website of this bureau, if it supported online requests, request your credit history. Now, thanks to the amendments made to the “Federal Law of December 30, 2004 N 218-FZ “On Credit Histories” (Article 13), there is a technical opportunity to receive information through the State Services about which credit history bureaus store your credit file, after which register on the bureau’s website, or log in through the State Services and get your credit history.

By the way, there is an opportunity for ~ 700 rubles to request your credit history at Sberbank and Tinkoff Bank, but in Tinkoff (for 60 rubles) it is a little more than completely useless - there are no details, and in Sberbank it is more complete than in Tinkoff, but still does not reach the full report that the credit bureau gives.

Perhaps someone is doing everything the old fashioned way - paying utility bills, fines, and so on according to receipts at the cash desk of Sberbank, but it has long been no secret that, in particular in Moscow, you can enter water and electricity meter readings, pay fines, make an appointment with a doctor, and also replenish the travel card and much more via the Internet. It is worth noting the portal (only for Moscow, apparently) - it is through him that you can report a particular problem (broken bus stop, fallen trees, inscriptions in transitions, etc.) and get a surprisingly fast enough solution to the problem, and the result of corrections is often quite normal ( although it does not do without work performed by a blunder).
However, despite the carriage and the small cart of shortcomings associated with the implementation of certain public services, some basic, but often used public services, work quite correctly and conveniently. But the rest of the services, unfortunately, are either not translated into electronic form, or, for one reason or another, are not usable for the average computer user (which is the example with an extract from the USRN). It would be interesting to hear how public services are developing in the regions beyond the Moscow Ring Road, because in Moscow, yet the situation is not the worst, as I suspect.
