As it turned out - not better.

It was this screensaver - about profanity and 18+ that I saw when I tried to turn on the video of the passage of a beautiful toy from MS to the child, by the way - a 6+ toy.
Of course, there were other options for spoons, but the sediment remained.
A little background - why did I suddenly decide to apply to the TP.
A child (7 years old) is not alien to the computer and gadgets, but is not a fan of them either.
He likes to draw, and usually, with the help of Alice, looking at the monitor, he tries to repeat what is taught in master classes, listens to music, dances and sings.
He always handles a piece of iron quite correctly, and if a question arises, he often tries to figure out the incomprehensible on his own. Of course, we, as parents, will always explain and tell, but the child is also interested in another point of view, which is generally correct. But as it turned out - not in this case.
A child should have personal time and personal space, and a closed door for an hour or two a day did not bother me at all - he watches cartoons, draws - what could be wrong?
Until she came up and said "I'm scared."
Somewhere I came across horror stories that even some adults should not watch. Maybe Alice incorrectly recognized the request, maybe the girlfriends told something - and here is the result.

After watching "this" for a couple of minutes, I decided to contact the TP without delay - after all, such a gesture in children's mode is unacceptable and hoping that the guys "just twist the filters." But there would be no article if everything was so simple.
I'll run ahead - so that you can not read the sheet of correspondence with the TP.
In a nutshell: there are no filters. We (Yandex) believe that everything is OK.
The child will see everything for which the age limit is not forcibly (by moderators or video uploaders). For YouTube and Yandex, which send the main content to the station, this means that almost any video is available. re-upload any video without bothering to set restrictions. All TV news channels on hostings are available (although it's time to set 16+ for news).
There is not even filtering by query keywords.
