In the USA, the service is quite popular for remote hiring of plumbers, heating specialists, air conditioning experts, and so on. Similar websites exist in Russia as well: it’s very convenient to quickly find a master. Although, under current conditions, it’s better to just hammer that shelf yourself to avoid contact with anyone. Nevertheless, recently the company USAFact (a screening provider for thousands of companies, including Service Experts) with GlobalSign for a custom implementation of the Digital Signing Service, which was deployed in four months — and now it operates for the preliminary screening of all Service Experts masters.

Returning to Service Experts, the company recently launched a new offering aimed at simplifying client interactions. However, they needed the capability to create reliable contracts at clients' homes. Together with USAFact, Service Experts developed a web application that guided the service provider through various calculations, allowing them to input necessary information before generating a PDF file that could be electronically signed and finalized. When it became clear that the initial solution was proving unreliable, USAFact began searching for a better solution. Ultimately, they chose GlobalSign for their custom digital signature application.
After completing the pilot program, Service Experts plans to deploy the cloud DSS across all 94 American branches and 600 field offices. All users can be assured that any collected information will remain current and secure, both now and in the future.
