Zabbix Summit – an event where you can learn about outstanding use cases of Zabbix and explore technical solutions presented by global IT experts. For nine consecutive years, we have organized events that bring together hundreds of attendees from dozens of countries. This year, we are adopting new rules and transitioning to an online format.
Program
The Zabbix Summit Online 2020 program will primarily focus on the release of Zabbix 5.2 (expected to be announced before the event). The Zabbix engineering team will cover a wide range of technical topics and discuss the features of the new release. Traditionally, experts from Zabbix around the world will present their reports and share the most interesting and challenging use cases of Zabbix.
In addition to technical information, you will be able to learn about Zabbix professional services, meet team members, and engage with users from various sectors and countries.
How it will all happen
Unlike the usual two-day event, this year the summit will take place over a single day, allowing guests from around the world to participate.
We will start with reports from the Zabbix team and community members from Japan, when it will be early morning in the European part of the world. Next, the Zabbix representative from China will join and showcase interesting use cases implemented by Zabbix experts in that region. The third block of the summit will be the longest, featuring presentations from representatives of Europe and Russia. During this part of the summit, Zabbix CEO Alexey Vladychev and Zabbix technical engineers will also speak. After the European segment, the summit will continue with presentations from speakers in Brazil. The concluding section will focus on the USA. Attendees will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with interesting use cases of Zabbix by local companies and discuss pressing issues with local experts.
All regional parts of the Summit will be separated by online coffee breaks, during which you will be able to watch live interviews with the speakers and interact with other participants in special chat rooms. Q&A sessions will be organized to answer questions.
You may be wondering about traditional technical workshops? We've thought about that too. Workshops will be held in the week following the summit, led by both our team members and event sponsors. You will have the opportunity to choose and participate in all sessions that interest you.
