Aerocool has released two new all-in-one liquid cooling systems in the Pulse series. The new models are called Pulse L240F and L120F and feature fans with addressable (pixel) RGB lighting, setting them apart from the Pulse L240 and L120 models.
Each new model is equipped with a copper water block that has a fairly large microchannel structure. At first glance, it seems like a pump is installed right above the water block, as is common in many AIO coolers. However, in reality, there is only an impeller above the water block, which serves as an indicator of the coolant flow rate. Additionally, the cover of the water block is fitted with pixel RGB lighting.
The pump is housed within the same unit as the radiator. It is built with a ceramic bearing and can operate at speeds up to 2800 RPM, producing a noise level not exceeding 25 dBA. The Pulse L240F and L120F cooling systems are equipped with aluminum radiators sized at 240 mm and 120 mm, respectively. It is noted that the radiators feature a rather high density of fins.
Cooling the radiators are 120mm fans that use hydrodynamic bearings. The fan speed can be regulated via PWM between 600 and 1800 RPM. The maximum airflow reaches 71.65 CFM, with a static pressure of 1.34 mm H2O, and the noise level does not exceed 31.8 dBA. The fans' lighting can be controlled either through a built-in controller or by connecting to the motherboard.
The new cooling systems are compatible with all current Intel and AMD processor sockets, except for the very large Socket TR4. According to the manufacturer, the 120mm Pulse L120F model can handle processors with a TDP of up to 200W, while the larger 240mm Pulse L240F can manage chips with a TDP of up to 240W.
