A minor release of the operating system "Alt Workstation K" 11.3 has been released. The build is prepared on x86_64 based on kernel 6.12 (LTS).
In the new image:
- KDE Plasma 6.5 (Plasma 6.5, Gear 25.12, Frameworks 6.23).
- Now the LightDM KDE Greeter login screen launches with Wayland support by default instead of the outdated graphical subsystem X11 (Xorg).
- Automatic theme switching (light/dark) based on the time of day has been introduced.
- An application from the KDE suite has been added: RSI Break for managing work breaks to help prevent injuries caused by repetitive strain.
- The Stapler build and package management system (package stplr) allows connecting custom repositories and installing third-party software.
