The quietly and discreetly developing fork of Conversations has finally surfaced – meet Conversations Classic.

The release (and name) were inspired by a radical UI change to the trendy 'Material 2.0' in the upstream project, as well as Daniel's unique reactions to bug reports and pull requests, the author of Conversations.

Fixes

Voice call functionality has been fixed to support all existing clients that handle AV calls with DTLS-SRTP.
Memory and battery consumption have been optimized for long usage with many open chats.
The issue with multi-line quotes in responses has been resolved.
Invalid viewType exception has been thrown for better error handling.
Issues with the swipe-to-reply gesture have been resolved.
Vertical scrolling during the swipe-to-reply gesture has been improved.
The verification of the validity of JID has been fixed domain (temporarily disabled).

The LED color has been changed according to the main color of the current app.
