Additional support will cover a limited set of packages and will be available only for amd64 and i386 architectures (possibly also armel). Support will not cover packages such as Linux kernel 3.16 (kernel 4.9 will be offered, backported from Debian 9), openjdk-7 (openjdk-8 will be offered), and tomcat7 (support will continue until March 2021). Updates will be distributed through an external , supported by Freexian. Access will be available to all interested parties, and the range of supported packages will depend on the total number of and the packages of interest to them.
