- The new certificate management page — about:certificate.
- Address bar can now distinguish entered domains from search queries, which contain a dot. For example, entering "foo.bar" will no longer attempt to open the site foo.bar; instead, it will perform a search.
- Improvements for users with disabilities:
- The list of application handlers in the browser settings is now accessible to screen readers.
- Issues with reading using JAWS have been fixed.
- Date/time input fields now have labels to simplify their use for people with disabilities.
- Users from the UK (in addition to users from the USA, Germany and Canada) will see Pocket content in new tabs.
- WebRender is enabled by default on Windows 10 laptops with NVIDIA graphics that have medium ( 3440×1440).
- The 'HTTPS only' mode that appeared in the last release now makes exceptions for local addresses and .onion domains (where HTTPS is useless).
- Removed the browser.urlbar.oneOffSearches setting, which allows you to hide search engine buttons in the address bar dropdown menu. The same effect can be achieved by removing the search engines in settings.
- The browser.urlbar.update1 and browser.urlbar.update1.view.stripHttps settings, which allowed restoring the old address bar behavior that existed before Firefox 75 (not expanding the address bar when focused and showing the HTTPS protocol), have been removed.
