He was right; a new version of the utility has been released, incorporating many of the comments. This primarily concerns downloading the source code and distributions. To download new versions, simply open the 'About' window and select the appropriate distribution.
The release of the new version is primarily related to the addition of functionality for parsing and viewing ASN1 structures. These structures can now be stored not only in DER and PEM formats but also in hexadecimal format. There is also a command-line utility tclderdump available for separate download. When using the graphical interface, you can select a portion of the parsed code and immediately view it in the window.
