The South Korean company LG has introduced its first device with the intelligent voice assistant "Alisa" developed by Yandex: this gadget is the smart speaker XBoom AI ThinQ WK7Y.
It is noted that the novelty delivers high-quality sound. The speaker is certified by Meridian, a well-known manufacturer of audio components.
The assistant "Alisa" residing inside the speaker allows managing music playback using voice commands, remembers user preferences, and recommends tracks for listening.
Additionally, "Alisa" can provide various information, such as news, entertain children and adults, answer questions, and engage in casual conversations.
Every buyer of the speaker will receive a three-month subscription to "Yandex.Plus" as a gift, which includes full access to "Yandex.Music," as well as discounts and additional benefits in other Yandex services.
Along with the announcement of the smart speaker, LG announced the signing of a memorandum for strategic cooperation with Yandex in the field of artificial intelligence in Russia. "Thanks to this collaboration, we hope to make our users' lives even better," says the South Korean electronics manufacturer.
