The first update in two years has been released Luminance HDR, a free program for assembling HDR photographs from exposure bracketing with subsequent tone mapping.
In this version:
- Four new tone mapping operators: ferwerda, kimkautz, lischinski, and vanhateren.
- All operators have been accelerated and now use less memory (patches from the RawTherapee developer).
- Post-processing now allows for gamma correction and saturation adjustment.
- A preview of the final image has been added to the HDR assembly master.
The source code and builds for Windows and macOS are officially available. There is an unofficial build in AppImage.
