On July 18, a new version of NetSurf was released — a fast and lightweight web browser aimed at low-resource devices, which runs not only on GNU/Linux and other *nix systems but also on RISC OS, Atari, AmigaOS, Windows, and has an unofficial port for KolibriOS. The browser uses its own engine and supports HTML4 and CSS2 (with HTML5 and CSS3 still in early development), as well as JavaScript (ES2015; the DOM API is partially implemented).
Key Changes:
Support for CSS Media Queries (level 4) has been added.
Support for the WebP image format has been added.
Full support for CSS pixels, improving the compatibility with HiDPI screens.

Additionally, version 3.8, which was not announced on LOR, added support for HSTS, CMYK/YCCK JPEG, and new CSS measurement units (rem, vw/vh, and others).
