NetworkManager 1.18

This is the new stable release of NetworkManager. Notable changes include:

• Support for routing rule policies, which are necessary for WireGuard VPN support, has been added. has added in the previous stable release.
• Support for VLAN filtering for network bridges has been added.
• Support for ieee-802-1 and ieee-802-3 LLDP (Link Layer Discovery Protocol) TLV has been added.
• MTU job sizes have been increased for Infiniband/IPoIB connection profiles.
• Improved handling of parameter lists in connection properties for the nmcli utility.
