The first release in the new mainline branch of the nginx web server has taken place.
- Addition: directives proxy_upload_rate and proxy_download_rate in the module stream support variables;
- Change: the minimum supported version of OpenSSL is now 0.9.8;
- Change: the postpone filter is now always compiled;
- Fix: the directive include was not working in blocks if and limit_except;
- Fix: in the processing of byte ranges.
