New releases of the anonymous network I2P 0.9.45 and C++ client i2pd 2.30

Took place release of the anonymous network I2P 0.9.45 and C++ client i2pd 2.30.0. Let's remember that I2P is a multilayered anonymous distributed network operating over the regular internet, actively using end-to-end encryption that guarantees anonymity and isolation. Within the I2P network, one can anonymously create websites and blogs, send instant messages and emails, exchange files, and organize P2P networks. The basic I2P client is written in Java and can run on a wide range of platforms such as Windows, Linux, macOS, Solaris, etc. I2pd is an independent implementation of the I2P client in C++ and is distributed under a modified BSD license.

The I2P 0.9.45 release addresses issues related to hidden mode operation and bandwidth testing. Work continues on performance optimization and the implementation of end-to-end encryption. The dark theme has been improved. Jetty 9.2.29 and
Tomcat 8.5.50 have been updated. The i2pd 2.30.0 includes a single-threaded implementation of the SAM (Simple Anonymous Messaging) protocol, experimental support for the ECIES-X25519-AEAD-Ratchet encryption method, and ensures compatibility with the Android 10 platform.
