The release of Wine Launcher 1.4.55 is available, developing a sandbox environment for running Windows games. Key features include: isolation from the system, a separate Wine and Prefix for each game, compression into SquashFS images to save space, a modern launcher style, automatic saving of changes in the Prefix directory, and generation of patches from this.
