Release of Linux Kernel 5.19

After two months of development, Linus Torvalds introduced the release of Linux kernel 5.19. Among the most notable changes are support for the LoongArch processor architecture, integration of the 'BIG TCP' patches, an 'on-demand' mode in fscache, removal of code for supporting the a.out format, the ability to use ZSTD for firmware compression, an interface for managing memory eviction from user space, and improvements in the reliability and performance of the random number generator.
