The Chromium-based Edge browser is now available through the Windows Update center.

The final version of the Edge browser, based on Chromium, became available back in January 2020. However, to install the application, users had to manually download it from the company's website first. Now, Microsoft has automated the process. During the installation, the previous version did not replace the old Microsoft Edge (Legacy). Additionally, it lacked some basic elements that were planned to be included in the final build.
