The Pine64 project, which focuses on creating open devices, announced a suspension of Linux device production due to a shortage of DRAM memory and eMMC storage. The possibility of resuming production will be considered in the second half of next year and will depend on the prices of DRAM and eMMC. Stocks of already produced PineNote and PineTab2 devices will run out in about 3 months. Production of microcontroller-based devices, such as PineTime, PineVoice, and Pinecil, will continue as usual.
