Google has now notified users that JavaScript must be enabled in their browser to use the search feature. Previously, the foreign resource TechCrunch reached out to Google employees to understand the reasons behind this decision. This measure is aimed at combating bots, as well as the fact that most users access the search engine with JavaScript enabled, and many are even unaware of how to disable it. Only 0.1% of Google search users have turned it off.
