Today, a version of the single-board computer Raspberry Pi 4 Model B with 8GiB of RAM was released at a price of $75.
8GiB is more than 13,000 times greater than 640KiB, which, according to Bill Gates, should be enough for everyone.
Other options for 4 Model B: 1GiB - $35 (no longer produced), 2GiB - $45 (from February 27 - $35), and 4GiB - $55.
An early beta of the 64-bit version of the operating system Raspbian, renamed to Raspberry Pi OS, has also been released.
Raspberry Pi is a family of single-board computers developed in the UK by the Raspberry Pi Foundation to promote computer science education in schools and in developing countries, but it has gained wider usage and recognition.
