A new version of MX Linux 18.3 has been released, a Debian-based distribution aimed at combining elegant and efficient graphical interfaces with simple configuration, high stability, and high performance.
Change log:
- Applications have been updated, and the package base has been synchronized with Debian 9.9.
- The Linux kernel has been updated to version 4.19.37-2 with patches for the zombieload vulnerability (linux-image-4.9.0-5 from Debian is also available and can be selected in MX-PackageInstaller→Popular Apps).
- All LiveUSB-related features have been migrated from antiX.
- The mx-installer has been redesigned.
- The user manual has been updated.
- The translation has been fixed.
