Release of Out Of Memory Handler oomd 0.2.0

Facebook announced second release oomd, out-of-memory (OOM) handler running in user space.
The application forcefully terminates processes that consume too much memory before the Linux kernel's OOM handler triggers. The oomd code is written in C++ and is provided is licensed under GPLv2. Ready-made packages are created for Fedora Linux. You can learn about the features of oomd in the announcement text the first release.

Release 0.2.0 includes numerous updates and file reorganizations aimed at simplifying the creation of the oomd package for Linux distributions. A new flag ‘—list-plugins’ has been added to output a list of active plugins. A plugin for detecting the presence of specific cgroups in the system has been added. A socket server has been added to handle statistics requests.
