🥇 Stable release of Proton 11.0

Proton allows the direct launch of Windows-only games in the Steam Linux client. The package includes support for DirectX 8/9/10/11 (based on DXVK) and DirectX 12 (based on vkd3d-proton), working through the translation of DirectX calls to the Vulkan API, providing enhanced support for game controllers and the ability to use full-screen mode regardless of supported in-game resolutions. To improve the performance of multi-threaded games, mechanisms such as esync (Eventfd Synchronization) and futex/fsync are supported.
